Welding electrodes UONI-13/55
Electrode diameter is 4 mm, length is 450 mm, and package weight is 5 kg (approx. 85 electrodes)
Standard
Paton UONI-13/55 welding electrodes are designed for manual arc welding of critical structures made of carbon and low-alloy steels using direct current with reverse polarity. They provide welds with high plasticity and impact toughness, making them an optimal choice for applications with increased requirements for joint quality and reliability.
The electrodes are recommended for welding structures operating at low temperatures and under alternating loads. To achieve stable results, thorough edge preparation is required: the electrodes are sensitive to porosity formation in the presence of rust, oil, or other contaminants, as well as when the arc length is excessively long.
Under normal storage conditions, drying before welding is not required. If the coating moisture exceeds 0.3%, drying is recommended at 325 ± 25 °C for 60 minutes. The electrodes are suitable for welding in all positions except vertical down. Electrode diameter is 4 mm, length is 450 mm, and package weight is 5 kg (approximately 85 electrodes). Application: welding of carbon and low-alloy steels.
