Polyurethane joint sealant Mapeflex PU 45 FT Mapei is a one-component, thixotropic polyurethane-based sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity and rapid curing. The product is designed for sealing expansion and control joints on both horizontal and vertical surfaces, including areas exposed to chemical attack from hydrocarbons. Thanks to its versatility, it is ideal for sealing joints in civil and industrial façades, concrete structures, and industrial floors subject to heavy traffic, including heavy vehicles.

Mapeflex PU 45 FT provides excellent adhesion to concrete, natural stone, metal, wood, ceramics, glass, and other common building materials. It can be used not only as a sealant but also as an elastic adhesive for installing various components — from metal and plastic profiles to decorative gypsum elements and window sills. The product is resistant to chemicals and UV rays, solvent-free, odorless, and environmentally friendly.

With its high strength, elasticity, and durability, Mapeflex PU 45 FT ensures long-lasting sealing and secure bonding of structural and finishing elements. It maintains its properties within a temperature range from –40°C to +80°C and compensates for movements up to 20% of the joint width.
