Soudafoam Low Expansion Soudal is a low-expansion professional PU foam applied with a gun, ensuring highly precise professional application. Its low-expansion formula guarantees minimal post-expansion, reducing foam waste. Available with a universal threaded adapter system.

Areas of application: Installing and insulating door and window frames. Filling joints, holes, and gaps.

Before using Soudafoam Low Expansion professional foam, shake the can for 30 seconds. Screw the can onto the foam gun. Adjust the gun’s flow limiter and control the foam dosage by pressing the trigger. Gaps should be partially filled — the remaining space will be filled due to the foam’s initial expansion. Continue shaking the can throughout application. If applying in multiple layers, moisten the surface with water after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Foam & Gun Cleaner. Cured foam can be removed using Soudal Cured Foam Remover.
