Biodur high-temperature spray silver enamel +600°C
Designed for painting surfaces exposed to high temperatures: stoves, boilers

Thermal-resistant spray enamel +600°C Biodur is a high-quality, elastic enamel based on organosilicon resins. It is designed for painting surfaces exposed to high temperatures such as stoves, boilers, fireplaces, radiators, supports, motors, exhaust pipes, and industrial equipment.
The short-term and long-term heating temperature depends on the enamel color. For black and silver colors, the short-term heating temperature (up to 4 hours) is +600°C, and the long-term heating temperature is +400°C. For other colors, the short-term heating temperature is +400°C, and the long-term heating temperature is +200°C.
Thermal-resistant spray enamel +600°C Biodur contains anticorrosive components that protect the surface from rust. It is recommended for both external and internal use.
The manufacturer warns that primers and lacquers cannot be applied as they cannot withstand high temperatures. The enamel achieves its properties after the first heating at +180-200°C for 15 minutes. Before this process, the enamel may peel off.
The coverage area, depending on the layer thickness, is 1.2–2.0 square meters. The drying time is no longer than 30 minutes at +25°C. The volume of thermal-resistant spray enamel Biodur is 400 ml, and the available colors are white, red, silver, and black.
