Self-leveling screed Nivello Duo Baumit

Self-leveling screed Nivello Duo Baumit is a dry mortar based on calcium sulfate, designed for precise leveling of interior substrates prior to the installation of floor finishes. The material can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 2 to 10 mm, forming a perfectly flat and homogeneous surface ready for subsequent finishing stages. Thanks to its high fluidity, the screed spreads easily and ensures a uniform, crack-free result.

The composition offers easy application and stable technical performance, making it suitable for both professional and residential use. The screed provides a compressive strength of up to 16 N/mm² and a flexural strength of 5 N/mm², maintaining its shape and durability over time. Nivello Duo is particularly well suited for underfloor heating systems, delivering a reliable and even base.

Nivello Duo Baumit is used for leveling cement-based, calcium sulfate, and fast-drying screeds, including in older buildings. It is applied prior to installing final floor coverings such as PVC (linoleum), carpet, parquet, laminate or veneered floating floors, as well as ceramic tiles. The product is intended exclusively for interior applications.
