Profile 3 m UD Smart Fix Strong

The reinforced guiding profile UD Smart Fix Strong, available in lengths of 3 m or 4 m and with a thickness of 0.5 mm, is used for assembling frames for partitions, cladding, and suspended ceilings made of drywall.

UD Smart Fix Strong serves as the fundamental element of the structure, ensuring precise geometry, rigidity, and durability of the finished system. The profile is fixed to the supporting base with hangers — either straight or clamp type.

For easier installation, the flange edges are bent inward and act as a stop when installing the clamp hanger. The straight hanger is secured with self-tapping screws, while the wide wall of the profile provides a reliable base for fastening drywall sheets through special connectors.

The main function of the UD Smart Fix Strong profile is to support the CD stud profile, which is inserted inside the guide. This system allows for quick and effortless assembly of frames of any complexity, ensuring strength and stability of the construction during building and finishing works.
