Profile 3 m UD Profi Max Pro-Expert

The UD Profi Lux Pro-Expert guiding profile, available in lengths of 3 m or 4 m and with a thickness of 0.6 mm, is used for assembling frames for partitions, wall linings, and suspended ceilings made of drywall. It acts as a fundamental element of the structure, ensuring precise geometry, rigidity, and long-lasting durability of the system.

The width of the UD Profi Lux Pro-Expert profile is 28 mm, and the height is 27 mm.

The profile is attached to the load-bearing base using hangers — either straight or with a clip. For easier installation, the flange edges are bent inward and used as a stop when installing the clip hanger. The straight hanger is secured with self-tapping screws, while the wide wall of the profile provides a solid base for fastening drywall sheets with special connectors.

The main function of the UD Profi Lux Pro-Expert profile is to support the CD stud profile, which is inserted inside the guiding profile. This system allows for fast and effortless assembly of frames of any complexity, ensuring strength and stability of the structure in both construction and finishing works.
