Baumit EasyPrimer is a ready-to-use universal primer based on acrylic dispersion, designed to strengthen mineral and organic surfaces. It is recommended for absorbent, porous, or chalking substrates, including gypsum plasterboards, fiber-reinforced gypsum boards, and interior gypsum block walls. It is used for surface preparation before applying interior paints, especially colored coatings.

The product penetrates deeply into the substrate, reinforces weak areas, and regulates absorbency, ensuring uniform application of subsequent layers. The primer is vapor-permeable, alkali-resistant, non-saponifying, and features very low emissions (EC1 PLUS certified), making it suitable for residential environments.

Technical data: density — approx. 1 kg/l, pH — 7.7, drying time — minimum 6 hours. Average consumption — 0.1–0.25 l/m² depending on the substrate. Available in 5 L and 10 L containers and can be applied undiluted or diluted with water (up to 1:1), depending on surface absorbency.
