Primer BetonKontakt Baumit

Baumit BetonKontakt primer is a ready-to-use bonding primer designed to prepare concrete substrates before applying gypsum-based plasters. It is suitable for smooth monolithic concrete, reinforced concrete ceilings, prefabricated elements, and mineral surfaces with low absorbency. The product can be applied manually or mechanically. Its pink color allows easy visual control during application.

Thanks to its quartz sand content, the primer creates a rough surface that ensures optimal anchoring of plaster to the substrate. It provides high adhesion to concrete, contains no solvents, and is easy to apply. Recommended exclusively for use with gypsum-based plaster systems where a stable and reliable base is required.

Technical data: consumption — approx. 0.4 kg/m²; coverage — up to 50 m² per 20 kg bucket; pH — 7.5. Supplied in 20 kg buckets. The substrate must be dry, clean, sound, and free of release agents or loose particles before application.
