Polyurethane Foam Smart Fix mounting foam is a one-component polyurethane foam with a stable structure, designed for thermal and acoustic insulation, filling gaps and cracks in walls, filling joints between panels, and communication holes in walls and ceilings.
The product is easily applied manually using the applicator, making it convenient to use.
Smart Fix mounting foam has excellent adhesion to most construction materials: wood, concrete, stone, PVC, aluminum, metal, and glass. It does not adhere to polyethylene, silicone, and Teflon.
It can also be used for mounting hardware blocks for hardware and doors, but for optimal results, it is recommended to use a professional mounting foam, such as Gun Foam Smart Fix, for this purpose.
Polyurethane Foam Smart Fix mounting foam provides high-quality thermal and acoustic insulation. Once hardened, the foam can be cut, plastered, spackled, and painted. When applied outdoors, the foam must be protected from ultraviolet radiation.
The recommended air temperature for using Polyurethane Foam Smart Fix is between +5°C and +30°C. The best result is achieved at a temperature of +20°C.
