Knauf MP 75 gypsum plaster

Knauf MP 75 gypsum plaster for machine application is a dry gypsum-based plaster mix with polymer additives, designed for high-quality plastering of interior walls and ceilings using mechanical application.
The mechanized method ensures high productivity, especially for large-scale projects.
It can be applied on standard solid substrates such as brick masonry, concrete, and cement-based plaster. Recommended for single-layer application, forming a Q3-class finish surface.
It features lightweight properties, excellent adhesion, helps regulate indoor microclimate, and acts as a fire-resistant barrier. Working time is approximately 3 hours.
The substrate must be dry, clean, strong, not frozen, and properly primed. Minimum application temperature: +5 °C.
Mixing equipment should be cleaned no later than 20 minutes after shutdown. Consumption: approx. 10 kg/m²/cm.
