Hydrostop Membrana Sol 18 kg Bitumen-Rubber Mastic

Hydrostop Membrana Sol rubber-modified bituminous mastic is a solvent-based bituminous compound for waterproofing coatings. It is manufactured by Farbis and designed for cold application.

This rubber-modified bituminous mastic can be applied to both dry and wet surfaces, providing strong adhesion to concrete, plaster, masonry, wood, metal, OSB, bituminous cardboard, and old bituminous coatings. Thanks to its solvent-based composition, Hydrostop Membrana Sol penetrates deeply into the porous base of concrete.

Hydrostop Membrana Sol by Farbis is intended for:

• Creating waterproofing coatings for roofs, continuous foundations, base areas, and parts of buildings below ground level.
• Renovating and repairing bituminous roofs, terraces, and coverings, applied over the existing layer, reducing the risk of water infiltration and extending the roof's lifespan.

When used with Hydrostop Primer Sol and Hydrostop Filler Sol, it forms a quick system for renovating and repairing bituminous roofs and terraces, applied over the existing layer, reducing the risk of water infiltration and extending the lifespan of the existing coatings.

For surfaces exposed to high amounts of water, it is recommended to apply three layers of the mastic.

The initial drying time of the Hydrostop Membrana Sol rubber-modified bituminous mastic from Farbis is 6 hours. The recommended consumption for waterproofing is 0.5–0.7 kg per m² per layer.
