Liquid membrane 5 kg Mapegum WPS Mapei

The fast-drying liquid membrane Mapegum WPS Mapei is a modern waterproof coating designed to protect interior surfaces in wet areas such as bathrooms and shower cabins before installing ceramic tiles. The material forms an elastic, continuous film that reliably isolates the substrate from moisture and prevents water penetration into the structure. The membrane is not intended for use on surfaces that are in constant contact with water.

Mapegum WPS Mapei is ready to use and easy to apply — it can be applied with a roller, trowel, or by spraying. Thanks to its fast drying time (12–24 hours at +23°C), tiling or finishing work can begin the next day.

The consumption of Mapegum WPS Mapei is approximately 1.2 kg/m² when applied in two coats.
The product offers excellent elongation properties, allowing the coating to withstand substrate movements without cracking. The membrane is EC1 Plus certified, requires no reinforcement, and provides reliable, long-lasting waterproofing with minimal labor.
It is available in 5 and 10 kg buckets.
