Expanded Polystyrene EPS 80 1000*500 mm

EPS 80 is a high-performance expanded polystyrene insulation board engineered for structural applications requiring enhanced load-bearing capacity. With a compressive strength of at least 80 kPa, these boards provide a rigid, reliable thermal envelope for external wall insulation systems (ETICS) and residential flooring under-screed.

The material's uniform cell structure provides exceptional thermal resistance, making it a cornerstone for energy-efficient construction. EPS 80 is eco-friendly, 100% recyclable, and chemically inert, ensuring it remains a stable component of the building's infrastructure for decades.

Key Benefits:

Dimensional Stability: Maintains its shape and thickness under long-term thermal and mechanical stress.
Moisture Management: Excellent resistance to water absorption, preventing rot and degradation.
Fire Safety: Manufactured with flame-retardant additives (self-extinguishing properties).
Versatility: Compatible with various adhesives, base coats, and decorative finishes.

Technical Specifications:

Thermal Conductivity ( $\lambda$ ): 0.038 W/(m·K).
Bending Strength: $\ge$ 125 kPa.
Density: approx. 15 kg/m³.
