Colorless water-repellent impregnation 5 kg Antipluviol Mapei

Antipluviol Mapei colorless water-repellent impregnation is designed to protect concrete structures, cement plasters, aerated concrete, facing bricks, and both natural and reconstituted stones from the damaging effects of rainwater directly impacting wall surfaces.

The impregnation is used for restoring and protecting plastered walls exposed to rain, safeguarding façades of historical and architectural buildings, as well as protecting masonry, facing bricks, and natural stones against moisture penetration.

Antipluviol Mapei is a liquid based on silicone compounds in an aqueous solution, ideal for impregnating all porous construction materials. When applied to an absorbent substrate, it penetrates deep into the pores and capillaries, reacting with natural humidity to form a hydrophobic layer inside the material that repels water.

Thanks to these properties, Antipluviol provides an effective barrier against aggressive atmospheric agents carried by rainwater. The product does not form a surface film, preserving the substrate’s breathability and natural appearance. It is highly resistant to the alkalinity of cement-based materials and ultraviolet radiation, ensuring long-lasting, invisible protection for faсades.
