Ultracare Grout Protector Mapei ceramic spray cleaner is a ready-to-use, water-based protective solution designed for treating cement-based grout and polished porcelain tiles. The product creates a long-lasting barrier against stains without altering the appearance, color, or gloss of the surface. Once applied, the coating is safe for food contact, dries quickly, and maintains its protective properties even after repeated cleaning.

Ultracare Grout Protector Mapei offers high resistance to UV exposure, does not form a film, and does not affect the vapor permeability or slip-resistance of the tiles. It is suitable for floors and walls, both indoors and outdoors. The product is applied evenly using the sprayer and can be easily spread with microfiber or a soft cloth, allowing the protective effect to be renewed as needed.

One 750 ml bottle of Ultracare Grout Protector Mapei is sufficient to treat up to 30 m² of porcelain tiles or approximately 800 linear meters of grout joints, depending on the surface texture.
