Bicomponent Tile Adhesive Keralastic T Mapei

The two-component polyurethane tile adhesive Keralastic T Mapei is a professional-grade adhesive free from water and solvents. It is designed for installing ceramic tiles, natural stone (slate, green marble ALPI), and composite panels on all types of substrates — absorbent, non-absorbent, or deformable. Thanks to its high elasticity, waterproofing properties, and thixotropic behavior, the material is ideal for both vertical and horizontal surfaces, indoors and outdoors — on walls, façades, terraces, balconies, and roofs.

Keralastic T is supplied in 10 kg buckets, containing both components (A+B).

The adhesive is used for bonding tiles and mosaics to concrete, screeds, plaster, wood, metal, PVC, plasterboard, fiber cement, and other mineral or difficult substrates. It is particularly effective in situations where cement-based adhesives cannot be used — for example, when installing moisture-sensitive stones such as marble or slate, or on surfaces subject to vibration, deformation, or thermal movement.

After mixing the two components — the polyurethane elastomer (A) and the special hardener (B) — a plastic, thixotropic paste is obtained, which is easy to apply and does not sag even when installing heavy or large-format tiles. The adhesive hardens through a chemical reaction without shrinkage, forming a strong, elastic, and durable layer.
