Bicomponent (A+B) adhesive for concrete Eporip Mapei

Eporip Mapei two-component (A+B) concrete adhesive is a solvent-free epoxy adhesive designed for the structural repair of concrete and sealing cracks in screeds. The product is used to create an adhesion layer when pouring fresh concrete onto existing concrete, for bonding reinforced concrete elements and metal parts to concrete substrates, as well as for monolithic crack closure and restoring structural integrity. Due to its strength and waterproofing properties, Eporip is ideal for civil and industrial construction, both indoors and outdoors.

Eporip consists of two pre-dosed components: epoxy resin (A) weighing 1.5 kg and a special hardener (B) weighing 0.5 kg, which must be thoroughly mixed before application in a 3:1 ratio until a uniform grey mass is obtained. The compound is ready for use immediately after mixing and cures without shrinkage, forming a monolithic, strong and durable bond.

The adhesive has a thixotropic consistency, allowing application with a brush on both horizontal and vertical surfaces without runs. After curing, the material becomes completely waterproof, demonstrates high mechanical and dielectric properties, does not shrink and provides strong adhesion between concrete, steel and other mineral substrates. It is ideal for repairing beams, columns, industrial floors, tanks, as well as for bonding steel plates to concrete structures for structural reinforcement.

Component A is supplied in 1.5 kg containers. Component B is supplied in 0.5 kg containers.
