The Mapei adjustable support for modular floors is a professional system designed for the installation of raised exterior floors made of 20 mm thick ceramic tiles. The structure ensures stability, perfect leveling, and compensation for surface slopes up to 5%, allowing for smooth and durable surfaces on terraces, around pools, walkways, and other outdoor areas. The supports consist of a base with a screw mechanism and anti-unscrewing lock, as well as a head with spacers for joints of 2, 3, or 4 mm.

Thanks to its smart design, the head can be easily converted from self-leveling to fixed: simply remove the integrated locking ring and place it between the screw and the head. For surfaces that are already level, the PP level MAXI FIX system can be used — compatible with the same bases, but without the need to install the ring. The heads are made from a bi-component material (PP + TPE), which reduces noise and prevents vibration transmission between the tiles and the supports.

Height adjustment is performed using a special adjustment key that fits into the slot on the screw, allowing micro-precise leveling. If needed, the height of the supports can be increased by adding P1/10 or P1/80TE extensions. Additional accessories are available for easy installation, height regulation, slab lifting, and vertical perimeter closures.
