Adhesive Izomin Universal Supraten

Izomin Universal Supraten adhesive for sound and thermal insulation systems is a universal adhesive developed on the basis of durable cement with the addition of modified polymers. The formula is characterized by excellent adhesion, elasticity, water and frost resistance, as well as ease of application. The material is suitable for both interior and exterior works, ensuring reliable fixing of insulation boards and long-term durability of the entire system.

Izomin Universal Supraten is used for bonding and reinforcing expanded polystyrene and mineral wool boards on mineral substrates. The mixture is applied using the spot-and-frame method or as a thin layer on perfectly flat surfaces, ensuring firm adhesion and even load distribution. Installation is carried out from the bottom upwards, following the bricklaying principle, with tight joining of the boards. Reinforcement with anchors is performed 48 hours after installation, providing additional structural strength.

Application of Izomin Universal Supraten is recommended in shaded areas, at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. The average consumption of Supraten adhesive for sound and thermal insulation systems is 4–5 kg/m² for bonding and 3–4 kg/m² for reinforcement.
