Thermo Universal Ceresit adhesive for polystyrene and mineral wool is a universal material designed for fixing and creating the reinforced base layer on expanded polystyrene and mineral wool boards in external thermal insulation systems. The formula is reinforced with a unique combination of fibers, which provides high strength, excellent adhesion to the substrate, elasticity, and resistance to mechanical stress. Thermo Universal Ceresit is vapor-permeable, frost-resistant, and withstands temperature variations, ensuring long-term durability of the insulation system.

Thermo Universal Ceresit adhesive mortar is used both for bonding insulation boards and for reinforcing them with fiberglass mesh. When working with mineral wool boards, it is recommended to apply a thin priming layer before the base coat, which improves adhesion and reliability of bonding. The reinforcing layer is formed by embedding the mesh into the freshly applied mortar and smoothing it out, ensuring a strong and uniform finish.

Thermo Universal Ceresit is supplied in 25 kg bags and should be mixed with water before use until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
