Warranty Terms

1. General Provisions
All products offered on the Profi Max online store are covered by a quality warranty provided by the manufacturer, in accordance with the Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Moldova and other applicable regulations.

2. Warranty Period
The warranty period depends on the product category, storage temperature, and transportation conditions. It is indicated on the packaging, in the technical passport, or on the invoice. In most cases, it ranges from 12 to 60 months from the date of purchase.

3. Warranty Validity Conditions
The warranty remains valid if the following conditions are met:

  • the product was used as intended and according to the instructions;

  • storage and application conditions provided by the manufacturer were respected;

  • the buyer has kept the purchase document (invoice, receipt, or delivery note);

  • the item was not mechanically damaged or subjected to unauthorized repairs.

4. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, such as:

  • non-compliance with technical specifications;

  • delamination, discoloration, or structural changes under proper use;

  • packaging issues (e.g., leakage, drying, etc.).

5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:

  • damage caused by the customer (improper storage, misuse, use after expiration);

  • opened or partially used products (paints, sealants, dry mixes);

  • natural wear and tear of materials or components during use.

6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim:

  • contact us via email or phone;

  • provide the purchase document;

  • attach photos of the defect and a brief description of the issue.

Claims are reviewed within 5 business days. If the defect is confirmed, the product may be replaced, repaired, or refunded — depending on the case.
